Caretta Caretta, LLC provides creative services including branding and identity design, website builds, creative production, and consulting and creative partnerships. All services are outlined in a written proposal and agreement provided to the client prior to the start of any project.
Project Agreements
All projects require a signed agreement before work begins. This agreement will outline the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, payment schedule, and revision policy specific to your project.
Payment Terms
Projects require a deposit before work begins. Payment schedules and amounts are outlined in each client agreement. Caretta Caretta, LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding balances.
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the client agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and content required to complete the project within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by late client feedback or content delivery may affect the project timeline and are not the responsibility of Caretta Caretta, LLC.
Ownership & Rights
Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of the final approved deliverables. Caretta Caretta, LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination
